No matter where our members call home, they have a home here in the JCHAI community. For members not living with family, we offer a Flexible Supported Living model that includes three levels of support.
The care our members receive is never tied to the home they choose. So, as living needs change and evolve over time, our members always receive the care they need right at home.
How We Do It

Daily Support
Our most supportive model offers community-integrated homes with daily support services.
Weekly Support
Weekly support services give members the support they need while knowing help is always around the corner.
Periodic Support
For our members who require less frequent check-in, our periodic support model can be designed to address each person’s unique needs.
