Flexible Supported Living

JCHAI’s Flexible Support living model gives our members the choice to live in their own homes with the peace of mind of knowing that help is always right around the corner.

Flexible Support can take many forms. For some members, this living model includes help managing personal schedules, finances, social planning, self-care, and home maintenance. For others, our on-call care options offer the support they need to live safely and securely on their own.

With all supported living models, members have access to JCHAI’s personalized programs to help them achieve their goals.

Daily Support

In our most supportive model, Daily Supported Living is designed to help members live in community-integrated residences, where staff offer daily support seven days a week with 24/7 on-call services.

Members enjoy a wide variety of activities and opportunities to socialize, including dining clubs with local JCHAI members, community outings, and monthly events. JCHAI staff help navigate life’s challenges and celebrate life’s joys alongside our members.

JCHAI partners with local apartment communities to create this unique supported living experience. Our current supported apartment locations include Radwyn Apartments in Bryn Mawr and Regency Towers in Willow Grove with plans for future locations across the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Weekly Support

JCHAI’s Weekly Supported Living model gives members the support they need to live independently with the peace of mind of knowing that help is always right around the corner.

Weekly support can take many forms. Common weekly services include help managing personal schedules, finances, social planning, self-care, and home maintenance.

Periodic Support

Periodic Supported Living gives members the flexibility to choose which support services they need at the frequency that works best for them.

A periodic support member may need help managing finances on a monthly basis but want help with social planning every few weeks. Members can customize the amount and type of support they need, knowing help is always nearby as their needs change.
